Je werkt nauw samen met hiring managers, bouwt duurzame relaties op met talent en zorgt ervoor dat kandidaten een uitstekende ervaring hebben gedurende het gehele proces. Daarnaast help je mee onze recruitmentaanpak verder te professionaliseren door het slim inzetten van innovatieve recruitmenttechnologieën en AI-oplossingen. Jouw rol als Corporate Recruiter bij Capgemini Invent Als Corporate Recruiter ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen kandidaat, hiring manager en business. Je verdiept je in de behoeften van de organisatie, brengt benodigde vaardigheden en competenties in kaart en vertaalt deze naar een effectieve wervingsstrategie. Je begeleidt kandidaten van eerste kennismaking tot contractondertekening en denkt actief mee over hun potentieel binnen de organisatie. Daarbij kijk je verder dan de vacature alleen en onderzoek je welke mogelijkheden het beste aansluiten bij de ambities van de kandidaat.
