The posting

Als Corporate Recruiter zorg je voor de instroom van nieuwe medewerkers bij Van Happen Containers. Je werft voor verschillende functies: van chauffeurs en kraan- en loadermachinisten tot medewerkers op kantoor.

Je zoekt actief naar kandidaten, onderhoudt contact met hen en zorgt dat vacatures via de juiste kanalen onder de aandacht komen. Ook werk je mee aan verschillende recruitmentprojecten, zoals employer branding, campus recruitment, evenementen en de invoering van een ATS.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

• Je werft en selecteert nieuwe medewerkers voor verschillende functies. • Je schrijft en publiceert vacatureteksten via passende online-kanalen. • Je benadert actief kandidaten via Leads, de werkenbij-pagina en andere platforms. • Je bouwt het kandidatennetwerk verder uit. • Je neemt deel aan wervings- en recruitmentevents. • Je werkt mee aan projecten rond EVP, ATS, employer branding en campus recruitment. • Je zorgt voor de administratieve afhandeling rondom recruitment.

Je werkt 32 tot 40 uur per week. Je treedt direct in dienst bij Van Happen Containers.

Functie-eisen: Je bent zelfstandig, doortastend en communicatief sterk. Je vindt het leuk om met verschillende doelgroepen contact te hebben en weet kandidaten enthousiast te maken voor een volgende stap. Ook pak je recruitmentwerkzaamheden zelfstandig op en houd je overzicht. Waar je dus een belangrijke rol zult bekleden met daadkracht en verantwoordelijkheid.

Verder heb je:

• Hbo werk- en denkniveau. • Bij voorkeur enkele maanden ervaring met recruitment of werving en selectie. • Bij voorkeur affiniteit met transport, techniek of de afvalverwerkingsbranche. • Bij voorkeur ervaring met wervingssystemen en online sourcingtools.
