Met jouw expertise in de arbeidsmarkt weet je de juiste professionals te identificeren en te enthousiasmeren voor onze organisatie. Jij draagt direct bij aan de ambitieuze groeiplannen van IG&H en ondersteunt onze ontwikkeling tot hét toonaangevende digitale transformatie- en consultancybureau op het gebied van IT Strategy & Architecture en Business Engineering. Wat ga je doen: Als Corporate Recruiter IT & Tech bij IG&H neem jij, samen met je team, de lead in het gehele recruitmentproces. Je opereert als de expert en adviseur voor jouw interne klanten. Saai zal het niet worden, want de organisatie is continu in beweging. Het ene moment ben je met de teams aan het sparren over hoe we het aantal referrals kunnen ophogen, het andere moment ben je selectiegesprekken aan het voeren, trainingen aan het geven over de STAR methodiek, jij staat aan de basis van de groei van onze IT organisatie en weet actief kandidaten te benaderen en overtuigen van onze fijne bedrijfscultuur. In deze functie krijg je veel vrijheid, waarbij je met alle facetten van het recruitmentvak in aanraking komt; van vacature aanvraag tot het doen van een aanbieding. Hierbij regisseer je het hele selectieproces. Je signaleert trends en ontwikkelingen in de arbeidsmarkt en je bent een inhoudelijke, stevige gesprekspartner voor zowel vacaturehouders als kandidaten. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het behoud van onze hoge kwaliteit van de candidate experience en zet je slimme wervingsstrategieën in om de juiste kandidaten te bereiken, zodat je de vacatures snel en succesvol invult. Tot slot lever je een bijdrage aan het verder professionaliseren van onze recruitmentafdeling. Uiteraard word je hierin gefaciliteerd en geven we je de juiste tools en begele...
