Bij een technisch ingenieursbureau in Heerhugowaard werk je aan de kwalificatie en validatie van IT- en automatiseringssystemen voor farmaceutische productie- en verpakkingsprocessen. De organisatie ondersteunt de farmaceutische en voedingsverpakkingsindustrie met technische consultancy, turnkey projecten, machineveiligheid en GxP-ondersteuning. Als CQV Automation Engineer richt je je op aantoonbaar betrouwbare systemen die voldoen aan geldende regelgeving en kwaliteitseisen. Serialisatie en aggregatie vormen daarbij belangrijke technische aandachtsgebieden. In de dagelijkse praktijk onderzoek je systeemgedrag, voer je kwalificatietests uit en leg je resultaten zorgvuldig vast. Je stemt bevindingen af met collega’s binnen het IT/Automation-team en werkt samen met engineers uit andere disciplines, waaronder werktuigbouwkunde. Zo verbind je software, besturing en machinewerking met de eisen van een gereguleerde productieomgeving. Met een gerichte opleiding en samenwerking met ervaren collega’s ontwikkel je je verder in commissioning, kwalificatie en validatie. Wat ga je doen? - Kwalificeren en valideren van IT- en automatiseringssystemen in farmaceutische productie- en verpakkingsomgevingen - Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van kwalificatietests en vastleggen van testresultaten - Toetsen van systeemwerking aan geldende regelgeving, GxP-richtlijnen en kwaliteitseisen - Onderzoeken en documenteren van afwijkingen in samenwerking met betrokken engineers - Werken aan automatiseringsoplossingen voor serialisatie en aggregatie - Ondersteunen van werktuigbouwkundige projecten en de implementatie van betrouwbare automatiseringssystemen Wat vragen we van jou? - Afgeronde mbo-4- of hbo-opleiding in Automatisering, Informatica, Elektrotechniek, Werktuigbouwkunde of een verwant vakgebied - Ervaring met PLC-, SCADA- of DCS-systemen is een pre - Ervaring met commissioning, kwalificatie en validatie is een pre - Analytisch denkvermogen, oog voor detail en interesse in industriële autom.
