Over het werk Als Creatief Strateeg geef je invulling aan de creatieve kant van onze volledige marketingmix. Je ontwikkelt concepten voor onze producten, acties en merkverhalen en vertaalt deze naar verschillende online en offline kanalen. Daarbij denk je vanuit de doelgroep en de customer journey: welke boodschap trekt de aandacht, overtuigt en zet aan tot actie? Performance speelt een belangrijke rol in je werk. Je analyseert welke hooks, visuals, formats en boodschappen goed presteren en gebruikt deze inzichten om campagnes te optimaliseren en nieuwe creatieve invalshoeken te ontwikkelen. Naast het creatieve denkwerk neem je eigenaarschap over de uitvoering van jouw projecten. Je werkt ideeën uit tot duidelijke briefings, scripts en shotlists, zet werkzaamheden uit bij onze videograaf, fotograaf en designer en bewaakt de planning, voortgang en kwaliteit. Ook tijdens shootdagen neem je het creatieve voortouw en zorg je dat het juiste materiaal wordt geproduceerd. Je werkt nauw samen met het marketingteam en externe creatieve partners.
