Van Moer Logistics is een groeiende logistieke dienstverlener, actief in transport en distributie, opslag, binnenvaart- en luchtvrachtactiviteiten en tankcontainerlogistiek. Ons doel is om de logistieke processen van onze klanten naadloos te ondersteunen en te optimaliseren.

Om onze verdere groei te ondersteunen zijn wij op zoek naar een credit collector die instaat voor het verzekeren van een gezonde cashflow door openstaande facturen tijdig te innen en betalingsachterstanden te beperken. Je draagt hierbij de verantwoordelijkheid voor meerdere entiteiten.

Jouw rol:

  • Debiteurenbeheer & cash collection: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van de aan jou toegekende entiteiten en bewaakt actief de openstaande vorderingen. Je volgt vervallen facturen en betalingsafspraken nauwgezet op en neemt proactief contact op met klanten om tijdige betalingen te verzekeren. Je identificeert betalingsrisico’s en onderneemt gerichte acties om de cash-inflow te optimaliseren.
  • Kredietbeheer & kredietrisico: Je beoordeelt en monitort de kredietwaardigheid van klanten en denkt mee na over kredietlimieten en betalingsvoorwaarden. Je signaleert tijdig potentiële risico’s en stemt waar nodig af met de operationeel leidinggevenden over gepaste acties. Je draagt zo actief bij aan een gezonde balans tussen commerciële opportuniteiten en financieel risico.
  • Opvolging van disputen: Je volgt facturatiegeschillen en openstaande disputen op en zorgt ervoor dat deze zo snel mogelijk worden opgelost. Je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met sales, customer service en operations. Je gaat op zoek naar de oorzaak van disputen en zorgt ervoor dat openstaande facturen niet onnodig geblokkeerd blijven.
  • Rapportering & analyse: Je maakt DSO- en aging-rapporteringen en analyses op. Je bewaakt relevante KPI’s en signaleert trends, afwijkingen en risico’s. Je vertaalt financiële data naar concrete inzichten en acties voor zowel finance als operationeel leidinggevenden.
  • Procesverbetering: Je identificeert opportuniteiten om het credit control-proces verder te professionaliseren en efficiënter te maken. Je denkt mee over automatisering, digitalisering en optimalisatie van financiële flows en draagt bij aan duidelijke en efficiënte processen binnen accounts receivable.

Wie ben jij?

  • Min. diploma Middelbaar onderwijs en een eerste werkervaring in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable of een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Kennis van iContoller/Billtrust is een pluspunt.
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen; je kan openstaande vorderingen, betalingsgedrag en kredietrisico’s interpreteren en vertalen naar concrete acties
  • Vlot met ERP-systemen (ervaring met Microsoft Business Central is een plus)
  • Zeer goede Excel kennis; ervaring met rapportering en data-analyse is een plus
  • Nederlands en Engels: vlot mondeling en schriftelijk; Frans: een goede basis is noodzakelijk
  • Communicatief sterk en assertief, zowel naar klanten als naar interne stakeholders. Je durft moeilijke betalingskwesties bespreekbaar te maken en blijft tegelijk oplossingsgericht
  • Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en ownership-gedreven; je volgt dossiers actief op, laat niets liggen en weet de juiste prioriteiten te stellen
  • Je bent proactief en resultaatgericht en krijgt energie van het verbeteren van cash collection en het oplossen van complexe dossiers
