Ben jij analytisch sterk, communicatief vaardig en weet jij precies hoe je grip houdt op financiële processen? En wil je impact maken binnen een internationale organisatie? Dan is deze rol als Credit Controller bij Midwich iets voor jou. Als Credit Controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken van de kasstroom binnen Midwich Benelux. Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten tijdig betalen en dat kredietrisico's beheersbaar blijven. Je schakelt dagelijks met klanten en interne stakeholders om het debiteurenbeheer soepel te laten verlopen. Wat ga je doen? - Verantwoordelijk voor het debiteurenbeheer; - Zorgdragen voor een tijdige betaling van uitgaande facturen door middel van het verzorgen van rekeningoverzichten voor klanten, het telefonisch en per mail herinneren van klanten en het versturen van aanmaningen - Opvolgen van disputen waardoor facturen niet betaald worden, in samenwerking met de Sales afdeling - Het bedenken en aanbieden van alternatieve betalingsafspraken met klanten vanuit commercieel oogpunt - Het onderhouden van contact met bemiddelende partijen inzake debiteurenbeheer (zoals, maar niet uitsluitend, incassobureaus en deurwaarders) - Informeren van de collega's binnen Midwich Benelux over eventuele blokkades van klanten waardoor er geen orders uitgeleverd kunnen worden - Verantwoordelijk voor creditmanagement; - Beoordelen van de kredietwaardigheid van klanten aan de hand van de beschikbare financiële data, waaronder de balans en winst- en verliesrekening en de betalingservaringen - Vaststellen van kredietlimieten, het voorstellen van betalingstermijnen en het - Overige werkzaamheden: - Assisteren /back-up van de crediteurenadministratie...
