Voor deze uitbreiding zoeken we een CRM Consultant (HubSpot) die houdt van slimme oplossingen, verantwoordelijkheid neemt, strakke processen en die floreert in een dynamische, client-facing rol met veel klantcontact. Je krijgt bij ons te maken met een enorm diverse portfolio aan branches en indrukwekkende namen. Wij werken voor zowel de B2C & B2B-markt, voor inspirerende goede doelen en nog veel meer. Jouw expertise zet je in voor uiteenlopende organisaties en merken zoals het Parkinsonfonds, Dopper, Pulse4all, WeightWorks, de Vrije Academie, de Beurs van Berlage en Piet Boon. Wat ga je doen? Als CRM Consultant (HubSpot) werk je intensief samen met andere Consultants aan het optimaliseren van de processen van marketing-, sales- en serviceteams. Jij bent de tech- en proces-expert die HubSpot voor de klant gaat bouwen en inrichten. Omdat de rol ook client-facing is, heb je veel direct klantcontact en stem je de wensen rechtstreeks af met de achterban. Je implementeert de juiste configuraties in HubSpot, zorgt voor de vlekkeloze onboarding van nieuwe klanten en begeleidt complexe systeemintegraties. Daarnaast organiseer en structureer je datastromen en zorg je dat alles netjes inzichtelijk wordt gemaakt met overzichtelijke dashboards en rapportages.
