Als CRM & Loyalty Specialist krijg je namelijk niet een volledig uitgedacht CRM-programma in handen dat je alleen maar hoeft uit te voeren. Waar liggen kansen voor herhaalaankopen? Hoe kunnen online campagnes bijdragen aan winkelbezoek? Jij krijgt de ruimte om dat te ontdekken, te bedenken én zelf in de praktijk te brengen. Van Cranenbroek is een familiebedrijf met vijf winkels in Nederland en België en ongeveer 1000 medewerkers. Op ons hoofdkantoor in Budel werken inmiddels zo'n 100 collega's. Ons marketingteam bestaat uit ongeveer 15 collega's en groeit mee met onze ambities. Binnen dat team word jij dé specialist op het gebied van CRM, klantdata en loyalty . Collega's kunnen je ondersteunen bij campagnes en de uitvoering daarvan, maar de inzichten, ideeën en initiatieven vanuit CRM komen vooral van jou.
