Je combineert data, design en techniek tot experimenten die aantoonbaar bijdragen aan conversie en commerciële groei. We zoeken iemand die dat hele traject aankan, van het signaal in de data tot het ticket dat bij development landt. Herken jij jezelf in die combinatie van nieuwsgierigheid, technisch inzicht en oog voor goed design? Dan zijn we benieuwd naar jou. Wat ga je doen? Als CRO Specialist ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de conversieoptimalisatie van IGO Promo, met meetbare impact op omzet en conversie als drijfveer. Op termijn breid je die aanpak uit naar andere websites binnen Plato Group. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's op het gebied van UX/Design, marketing, development en sales. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: · Opzetten, uitvoeren en analyseren van A/B- en multivariate tests in VWO; · Vertalen van ontwerpen en experimentconcepten naar heldere, technisch onderbouwde tickets voor het development-team; · Ontwerpen in Figma om nieuwe flows en varianten te conceptualiseren; · Verkennen en toepassen van AI binnen CRO, bijvoorbeeld voor personalisatie, data-analyse of snellere ideevorming; · Rapporteren van resultaten en vertalen van inzichten naar concrete verbeterplannen; Hier kom je terecht Plato Group heeft ruim 80 jaar ervaring in de wereld van promotionele artikelen en is de overkoepelende organisatie van twee innovatieve merken: IGO Promo en Compacon.
