The posting

  • Assurer la préparation et la distribution des repas à destination des patients, résidents, en fonction des menus préétablis, selon les fiches techniques et en respectant les règles d'hygiène et de sécurité.
  • Organiser le poste de travail et s'assurer du bon fonctionnement du matériel,
  • Nettoyage et désinfection du matériel et des locaux
  • Travailler en équipe et communiquer efficacement avec les autres membres de la cuisine
  • Enregistrer les CCP et prévenir directement un responsable en cas de dépassement des valeurs limites
  • Participer à la répartition et à l'approvisionnement
  • Accomplir temporairement toute autre activité dans les limites de ses compétences à la demande de la ligne hiérarchique
  • Etre en possession d'un diplôme de cuisinier Obligatoire
  • Techniques culinaires de base et avancées : Cuisson, assaisonnements, préparations froides et chaudes.
  • Hygiène et sécurité alimentaire : Règles HACCP, nettoyage et désinfection des postes de travail, prévention des contaminations croisées.
  • Organisation du travail: Travail en équipe ou en autonomie, Gestion du temps et des priorités, Connaissance du planning de production.
  • Utilisation du matériel professionnel :Fours mixtes, sauteuses, marmites, cellules de refroidissement, etc. Connaissance de leur entretien et sécurité d'usage.
  • Compétences comportementales
  • Rigueur et respect des normes.
  • Sens du service et de la collectivité.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe.
  • Endurance physique (station debout, travail au chaud ou au froid).
  • Ponctualité, réactivité et gestion du stress.
  • Capable de travailler de manière autonome et en équipe
  • Flexible

Nous offrons :

  • Un contrat tems plein à durée déterminée de 6 mois, prolongeable
  • Un horaire débutant au plus tôt à 6h00
  • La prestation est de 37h30 par semaine avec des prestations le weekend
  • Rémunération de base, sans primes ni sursalaire : ± 2.800,00 € brut
