Jouw vliegende start als Customer care

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor internationale klanten uit de Benelux, Frankrijk en Marokko die telefonisch of via mail contact opnemen met een vraag of probleem
  • Je werkt via een zelf roostersysteem in wisselende shiften - vroege, dag-, late- en nachtshift - waarbij je af en toe ook in het weekend aan de slag gaat, met voldoende recuperatiedagen als compensatie. De eerste zes maanden werk je van 7u30 tot 15u30
  • Je behandelt dagelijks zo'n 60 inbound en outbound calls en verwerkt meldingen ook via mail
  • Je volgt interventies en depannages nauwgezet op en stelt correcte dossiers samen
  • Je waakt over de volledige afhandeling, van bijstand tot facturatie, en controleert of de nodige kredieten in orde zijn
  • Je neemt zorgvuldig alle informatie van de klant op, geeft dit door aan de garage en volgt het dossier op tot een vlekkeloze afronding
  • Na verloop van tijd bouw je mee aan je flexibiliteit binnen het zelfroostersysteem, met de mogelijkheid om ook late en nachtshiften op te nemen

Wie we zoeken

  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans; Engels gebruik je vooral intern met collega's
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig en leergierig - een diploma of specifieke ervaring is geen vereiste, jouw inzet en enthousiasme maken het verschil
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, kan goed plannen (o.a. via Outlook) en bent vertrouwd met MS Office; ervaring met SAP is een troef
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, ook wanneer je tijdens een shift zelfstandig werkt
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs en eigen wagen, aangezien het openbaar vervoer niet aansluit op de shiften
  • Je staat open om om de twee jaar een congres van 4 dagen in Europa bij te wonen
