Het bedrijf heeft een sterke focus op technologie en duurzaamheid en levert producten die de efficiëntie verbeteren en de installatie vereenvoudigen.

  • Je staat in voor het verbeteren van interne en externe klantencontacten
  • Klanten helpen bij het selecteren van geschikte producten, verkoopkansen identificeren en leads doorgeven aan de juiste salesverantwoordelijke.
  • Je rapporteert onopgeloste problemen, potentiële verkoopleads aan de salesmanager.
  • Alle aspecten van het orderverwerking en serviceactiviteiten om tijdige klantenondersteuning te garanderen.
  • Je staat in voor het binnenkomende mailverkeer en telefonie.
  • Je hebt minimaal een bachelor diploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Idealiter ben je ook erg computervaardig.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Engels en Nederlands om met de klanten te communiceren, je hebt ook idealiter een kennis Frans.
  • Je gaat gedetailleerd te werk en hebt sterke analytische en logische denkvaardigheden.
