Dat doen we met slimme, design warmte-oplossingen én met een customer journey die het voor onze klanten van begin tot eind makkelijk maakt. We groeien snel. Steeds meer klantgroepen kiezen voor DeWarmte en dat betekent dat ook onze customer journey steeds groter en complexer wordt. Van het eerste contact met Sales tot planning, installatie, onboarding, service en onderhoud: op ieder moment willen we het voor onze klanten zo makkelijk mogelijk maken om van het gas af te gaan. Dat betekent goed advies, duidelijke communicatie, ondersteuning en aandacht bij elke stap. Jouw bijdrage aan onze missie Als Customer Experience Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit en consistentie van de totale customer experience. Van digitale tot persoonlijke interacties: jij bewaakt de kwaliteit van alle processen die onze customer journey direct raken. Daarom zoeken we iemand die over de hele organisatie heen kijkt, ontdekt waar het beter kan en ervoor zorgt dat verbeteringen ook daadwerkelijk worden gerealiseerd. Jij bent binnen DeWarmte de functionele eigenaar van Customer Experience. Je bepaalt samen met de organisatie wat onze CX-standaard is, brengt systematisch in kaart waar we daar niet aan voldoen en zorgt dat de belangrijkste verbeteringen daadwerkelijk worden gerealiseerd. Je werkt hiervoor dwars door Marketing, Sales, Operations, Installation, Support & Service en Software heen. Je hoeft daarbij niet ieder project zelf uit te voeren.
