Jouw impact In de dynamische wereld van de energietransitie help jij onze klanten om hun energie op een steeds slimmere manier te gebruiken. Als CX Specialist speel je een sleutelrol in de fase waarin Vandebron zich transformeert om zich nóg sterker rondom de klant te organiseren. Jij zorgt ervoor dat elke klantinteractie simpel, transparant en relevant is. Je ontwerpt en optimaliseert klantreizen die maximale waarde creëren voor zowel onze klanten als Vandebron. Je helpt bijvoorbeeld klanten hun energieverbruik slim te optimaliseren, met als doel een duurzame toekomst waarin we 100% van de tijd groene energie gebruiken tegen de laagst mogelijke energierekening. Binnen ons compacte Customer Experience team van 2 Customer Experience Specialists en 2 Customer Journey Experts krijg je alle vrijheid om jouw ideeën tot leven te brengen en is jouw individuele bijdrage direct zichtbaar.
