Ben jij ervaren in klantprocessen en werk je graag nauwkeurig? Als customer focus team employee in Venlo ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor een nieuwe healthcare klant en zorg je ervoor dat logistieke processen volgens strikte procedures verlopen. Je komt te werken bij een internationale logistieke dienstverlener, waar je een belangrijke rol speelt in een succesvolle implementatie.

Wat ga je doen? Als customer focus team employee beheer je het volledige klantproces en zorg je dat alles van orderinvoer tot levering vlekkeloos verloopt. Je hebt ervaring met implementaties en weet hoe je moet werken volgens strenge procedures, vooral bij medische producten. Dit is een fulltime functie (40 uur per week) tijdens kantoortijden van maandag tot en met vrijdag. Flexibele begintijden tussen 07.00 en 09.00 uur in overleg met je team. Je begint in dienst bij Adecco met de intentie om na de uitzendperiode een contract bij de opdrachtgever te krijgen. Dit zijn jouw taken:

- Eerste contactpunt voor klantvragen via telefoon en e-mail - Accuraat verwerken van orders, retouren en klachten volgens vaste richtlijnen - Coördineren met het magazijn voor correcte en tijdige leveringen - Volgen van strikte controles bij afwijkingen of beschadigingen van producten - Monitoren van orders en verzendingen en snel reageren op urgente verzoeken - Ondersteunen van interne rapportages en werkinstructies up-to-date houden - Meewerken aan procesverbeteringen en klanttevredenheid verhogen

Let op: bij deze healthcare-klant gelden veel regels en procedures. Bijvoorbeeld bij een beschadigd product door het magazijn moet een uitgebreide check uitgevoerd worden voordat het naar de klant kan.
