Home Cuisine brengt smaakvolle, gezonde en vers bereide gerechten gekoeld aan huis. Wij richten ons specifiek op thuiswonende senioren; een exponentieel groeiende doelgroep gezien de vergrijzing. Home Cuisine is opgericht in 2014 en maakt deel uit van de Culinor Food Group met hoofdkantoor te Destelbergen. Met 400 medewerkers, 3 productiesites en een centraal logistiek centrum is deze groep de belangrijkste producent van verse kant-en-klaarmaaltijden in België.

Sinds onze oprichting schrijven we aan een echt Belgisch succesverhaal. Als onderdeel van een sterke groep richten we ons volop op verdere groei en professionalisering. Om onze operationele slagkracht te versterken en te bouwen aan de toekomst, zoeken we voor onze site in Destelbergen een ondernemende (m/v/x)

Jobomschrijving

Als Customer Operations Manager neem jij de operationele en tactische leiding over de backoffice en de logistieke processen van onze business unit. Je stuurt proactief op resultaat, optimaliseert de structuur en bewaakt de balans tussen medewerkers, klanten en processen. Je zorgt voor een efficiënte, slagkrachtige en uiterst klantgerichte werking.

Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor het stroomlijnen en optimaliseren van alle operationele processen:

  • Dagelijkse operaties: Je stuurt de orderverwerking, facturatie, rittenplanning en chauffeurscoördinatie aan
  • Structurele processen: Je beheert overkoepelende processen zoals klantenregistraties, in- en uitschrijvingen en het vlootbeheer
  • Capaciteitsmanagement: Je anticipeert op de groei door routes proactief te optimaliseren en uit te breiden en de vloot- en chauffeurscapaciteit tijdig te vergroten
  • Applicatiebeheer: Je trekt de optimalisatie van onze specifieke softwaretools (rittenplanning, voertuigopvolging en orderinterfaces)
  • Interne & externe synergie: Je bent de spilfiguur in de samenwerking met ons extern callcenter en de centrale Culinor-afdelingen (o.a. Productie, Supply Chain, Customer Service en Finance)
  • People Management: Je coacht, motiveert en plant een team van een 20-tal chauffeurs en ziet toe op een veilige uitvoering van hun taken.

In deze rol voer je niet louter uit: je observeert kritisch, analyseert data en introduceert gerichte verbetervoorstellen om onze schaalbare groeidoelstellingen en verdere operationele uitbouw langdurig te vrijwaren.

Wie ben jij?

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een masterdiploma (economisch, supply chain of technisch). Je hebt reeds een aantal jaren relevante ervaring opgebouwd in een procesmatige, coördinerende of eerste leidinggevende rol
  • Analytisch & Procesmatig: Je doorgrondt complexe processen en logistieke stromen snel, identificeert knelpunten en vertaalt deze naar werkbare oplossingen
  • Organisatietalent: Je bent sterk in plannen, prioriteiten stellen en het bewaren van het overzicht over meerdere parallelle processen
  • People Manager & Communicator: Je communiceert helder en constructief met zowel interne teams als externe partners. Je weet je team te enthousiasmeren en te coachen
  • Talenkennis & Digitalisering: Je spreekt perfect Nederlands en vlot Engels. Daarnaast heb je een sterke affiniteit met IT-systemen en haal je energie uit het mee helpen digitaliseren en optimaliseren van onze applicaties
  • Stressbestendig: Je houdt het hoofd koel tijdens operationele piekmomenten en gaat flexibel om met veranderende omstandigheden
