The posting

Notre recherchons un.e customer quality assurance engineer pour renforcer son équipe Qualité. Dans ce rôle stratégique, vous serez l'interlocuteur privilégié des clients sur toutes les questions liées à la qualité produits et contribuerez activement à l'amélioration continue des processus et de la satisfaction client.

Vous évoluerez dans un environnement international, en collaboration étroite avec les équipes qualité, production, ingénieurs et supply chain.

En tant que customer quality assurance engineer, vous êtes le garant de la relation qualité avec les clients.

Vos principales missions seront de :

  • Être le point de contact principal pour toutes les problématiques qualité clients sur votre périmètre.
  • Analyser et piloter la résolution des réclamations clients en utilisant les méthodologies de résolution de problèmes (8D).
  • Identifier les causes racines et mettre en place des actions correctives et préventives durables.
  • Coordonner les activités APQP afin de garantir le succès des lancements de nouveaux produits.
  • Préparer et soumettre les dossiers PPAP conformément aux exigences clients.
  • Suivre les indicateurs qualité (PPM, retours garantie, réclamations) et mettre en œuvre des plans d'amélioration.
  • Participer aux analyses de risques (FMEA/AMDEC) et veiller à la maîtrise des risques produits et process.
  • Accompagner les audits clients et assurer la conformité aux exigences du secteur automobile.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour garantir l'efficacité des actions d'amélioration continue.
  • Réaliser des visites chez les clients et sur les différents sites de production en Europe et en Égypte.
  • Préparer et présenter les reportings qualité aux clients et à la direction.
  • Contribuer à l'optimisation des systèmes et processus qualité.
  • Bachelier ou Master à orientation technique, ingénierie ou qualité.
  • Expérience confirmée dans une fonction qualité au sein d'un environnement industriel de production.
  • Une expérience dans le secteur automobile constitue un réel atout.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils et méthodes qualité : APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D.
  • Expérience dans la gestion des réclamations clients et le suivi qualité client.
  • À l'aise dans un environnement international et multiculturel.
  • Disponibilité pour des déplacements réguliers en Europe et en Égypte.
  • Très bon niveau d'anglais professionnel indispensable.
