Als Customer Satisfaction Agent ben je de schakel tussen bestuurders, klanten, fleetmanagers en onze commerciële teams. Jouw missie? Maximale klantentevredenheid creëren, commerciële opportuniteiten detecteren en bijdragen aan de groei van onze fleetactiviteiten.

Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?

  • Telefonisch contact opnemen met bestuurders na de levering van hun nieuwe wagen en peilen naar hun tevredenheid.
  • Eventuele problemen signaleren bij de juiste collega’s en actief opvolgen tot een passende oplossing is gerealiseerd.
  • De vinger aan de pols houden zodat bestuurders een uitstekende klantbeleving ervaren.
  • Actieve prospectiegesprekken voeren op basis van gekwalificeerde prospectielijsten.
  • Kwalitatieve afspraken inboeken voor onze mobiele salesploeg.
  • Klanten overtuigen op basis van opgebouwde kennis rond fiscaliteit, automotive, car policy, leasing en mobiliteit.
  • Marketingacties ondersteunen en fleetmanagers en beslissingsnemers enthousiast maken voor klantenevents.
  • Alle acties, contacten en opportuniteiten nauwkeurig opvolgen en registreren.
  • Zelfstandig initiatieven nemen die bijdragen aan klantentevredenheid en commerciële groei.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Een gedreven teamspeler met een commerciële mindset en een passie voor klantencontact.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en gaat resultaatgericht te werk.
  • Je communiceert vlot via telefoon en e-mail en bouwt gemakkelijk duurzame relaties op.
  • Je bent proactief, enthousiast en sterk in opvolging.
  • Kennis van de automotive-, lease- of fleetsector is een belangrijke troef.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans.
