Ben je communicatief sterk, administratief nauwkeurig en heb je interesse in logistiek? Zoek je een afwisselende functie waarbij je dagelijks contact hebt met klanten, transporteurs en interne afdelingen? Dan is deze uitdaging misschien wel iets voor jou!

Jouw functie

Als Customer Service Medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorg je voor een vlotte opvolging van logistieke dossiers. Je bewaakt het volledige proces van transport en goederenstromen en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking.

Jouw taken

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten.
  • Je informeert klanten proactief over de status van zendingen, laad- en losactiviteiten.
  • Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact via telefoon en e-mail.
  • Je verzamelt alle nodige informatie voor een correcte verwerking van dossiers.
  • Je stelt transport- en douanedocumenten op en verwerkt deze correct.
  • Je volgt vragen en klachten op en zoekt naar passende oplossingen.
  • Je verwerkt orders en gegevens in de interne systemen.

PROFIEL Jouw profiel:

  • Je hebt interesse in logistiek, expeditie of customer service.
  • Je hebt een eerste relevante ervaring in de logistieke sector
  • Kennis van transport- en douanedocumenten.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office en digitale systemen.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en administratief sterk.
  • Je hebt een klantgerichte en proactieve ingesteldheid.
  • Je communiceert professioneel in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je weet prioriteiten te stellen en blijft rustig onder druk.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team.
