Logistiek dienstverlener OneLogistics levert Control Tower diensten en "ontzorgt" haar (inter-)nationale klanten, waaronder Defensie programma's, op het gebied van warehousing-, transport-, douane- en compliance management. Vanuit het Regionale Warehouse op Air Support Command Woensdrecht beleveren wij o.a. de F-35 partners en gebruikers in de Europese regio met reserveonderdelen. Daarnaast ondersteunen wij verschillende Defensie activiteiten op zowel ASC Woensdrecht als Aviolanda (HIVE Aerospace Collective). Door groei van de organisatie en uitbreiding van activiteiten zijn wij op zoek naar een Customer Service Medewerker. Waar ga je werken? Je gaat aan de slag bij OneLogistics, een jong, innovatief en sterk groeiende onderneming, op Air Support Command Woensdrecht en Aviolanda te Hoogerheide. Wat ga je doen? Als Customer Service Medewerker ben jij, samen met het team, verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en verwerken van de inkomende en uitgaande orders, daarbij rekening houdend met de wensen van de opdrachtgever en de gestelde douane- en compliance eisen. Jouw overige taken zijn o.a.: - Oplossen van onregelmatigheden met betrekking tot de orders en de voorraad. - Verrichten van administratieve taken zoals dossiers opmaken, documenten verwerken. - Regelmatig contact onderhouden met de opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en dienstverleners. - Controle houden op de performance. - Signaleren van knelpunten en adviseren over verbeteringen in het operationele proces. Wie zoeken wij? • Je hebt HBO denk- en werkniveau of MBO met >5 jaar werkervaring; • Aantoonbare ervaring in een logistieke functie; • Je bent communicatief sterk, representatief en hebt een klant- en servicegerichte instelling...
