Voor een groeiende webwinkel in de regio Eindhoven zoeken wij een Customer Service Medewerker die zorgt voor een optimale klantbeleving. Ons aanbod - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.800,- en € 3.200,- op basis van 40 uur; - 25 vakantiedagen per jaar; - 8,33% vakantiegeld; - € 0,23 reiskostenvergoeding per kilometer; - Werken in dagdienst van 09:00 tot 17:30 uur; - Een informele werkomgeving met gezellige collega's; - Volop mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen en door te groeien. Wat ga je doen als Customer Service Medewerker? - Beantwoorden van klantvragen via telefoon en e-mail; - Afhandelen van klachten, retouren en garantieverzoeken; - Verwerken en controleren van binnenkomende orders; - Klanten voorzien van passende oplossingen en uitstekende service; - Meedenken over het verbeteren van de klanttevredenheid en processen. Wat neem jij mee? - Mbo 4 werk- en denkniveau; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal; - Enige technische affiniteit of kennis is mooi meegenomen; - Een proactieve, klantgerichte en gestructureerde werkhouding; - Minimaal twee jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
