Als Customer Service Medewerker FTL bij Ewals Cargo Care ben jij het vaste aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten. Je begeleidt transportopdrachten van A tot Z en zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen soepel verloopt. Daarbij werk je dagelijks samen met klanten, vervoerders, planners en collega's binnen onze Full Truck Load (FTL)-organisatie. Dankzij jouw servicegerichte instelling, organisatietalent en oog voor detail weet je verwachtingen te managen, vragen snel te beantwoorden en transporten nauwkeurig te begeleiden. Je houdt overzicht, schakelt moeiteloos tussen verschillende partijen en zorgt ervoor dat klanten kunnen rekenen op een uitstekende dienstverlening. Bij Ewals Cargo Care krijg je de ruimte om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen, jezelf verder te ontwikkelen en impact te maken binnen een internationale logistieke organisatie. Geen dag is hetzelfde en juist die combinatie van dynamiek, klantcontact en samenwerking maakt deze functie zo interessant. Dit ga je doen Als Customer Service Medewerker FTL ben je verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van internationale transportopdrachten en het onderhouden van klantcontact binnen ons Europese netwerk. Je zorgt ervoor dat transporten correct worden verwerkt, bewaakt de voortgang en stemt dagelijks af met klanten, planners en vervoerders. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen alle betrokken partijen en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken worden nagekomen en klanten altijd goed geïnformeerd zijn.
