Wij zijn wij opzoek naar een Customer Service Medewerker Wat ga je doen? - Je verzorgt de vlotte en volledige afhandeling van transportopdrachten binnen Europa, zowel inkomend als uitgaand; - Je onderhoudt contact met chauffeurs, operationele teams, sales collega's en andere vestigingen; - Je communiceert met externe klanten, agenten en vervoerders; - Je beantwoordt vragen en lost problemen tijdig en klantgericht op; - Je zorgt ervoor dat alle gegevens in het transportmanagementsysteem actueel en correct zijn; - Je controleert of de juiste documenten en statussen aan zendingen zijn gekoppeld; - Je signaleert onregelmatigheden en denkt mee over verbeteringen in processen; - Je draagt actief bij aan een optimale klanttevredenheid; - Je zorgt ervoor dat zowel jijzelf als de klant snel weer verder kan.
