Over de functie Als Customer Service Medewerker ben jij een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en consumenten. Je bent (mede)verantwoordelijk voor het order-to-cash proces voor klanten binnen onze teams DIY en Tuin. Na een gedegen inwerkperiode zorg je ervoor dat orders, vragen, klachten en administratieve processen zorgvuldig en klantgericht worden afgehandeld. In deze functie ligt het accent op orderverwerking en administratieve opvolging. Je verwerkt dagelijks orders en bewaakt samen met collega's een soepel verloop van het gehele orderproces. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met Sales, Accountmanagement, Productie, Logistiek en Finance. Je rapporteert aan de Customer Service & Export Manager. Order-to-cash en klantbeheer - Je verwerkt en beheert klantorders voor onze DIY- en Tuinklanten. - Je zorgt voor een correcte afhandeling van orders, facturen en creditnota's. - Je bewaakt de voortgang van leveringen en onderhoudt hierover contact met klanten en interne afdelingen. Klantcontact en informatievoorziening - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en consumenten via telefoon en e-mail. - Je beantwoordt vragen over producten, orders en leveringen en zorgt voor een tijdige opvolging. - Je bouwt aan duurzame klantrelaties en draagt bij aan een hoge klanttevredenheid.
