Jij speelt een belangrijke rol in het bieden van een uitstekende klantbeleving door vragen te beantwoorden, klachten op te lossen en klanten te adviseren. Met jouw communicatieve vaardigheden en oplossingsgerichte aanpak zorg je ervoor dat klanten snel en effectief geholpen worden. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met collega's en denk je actief mee over verbeteringen in onze processen, zodat we onze dienstverlening continu kunnen optimaliseren. Wat ga je doen: - Beantwoorden van klantvragen via telefoon en e-mail met een vriendelijke en professionele houding. - Analyseren en oplossen van klachten door passende oplossingen te bieden. - Signaleren van commerciële kansen en deze doorgeven aan het salesteam. - Uitvoeren van administratieve taken, zoals het registreren en archiveren van klantinformatie. - Opstellen van klantrapportages en aandragen van verbeterpunten voor onze processen. Wat bieden we jou - Salaris tussen €2.600 en €2.700 per maand op basis van 40 uur, exclusief vakantiegeld en vakantiedagen. - Tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband. - Flexibele werkweek van 24 tot 40 uur, ideaal voor parttime werken. - 3,5 ATV-dagen en 24 vakantiedagen per jaar voor een gezonde werk-privébalans. - Volledige OV-vergoeding of kilometervergoeding (€0,10 - €0,25) en een thuiswerkvergoeding van €2,45 per thuiswerkdag. - Ruimte voor persoonlijke en professionele groei binnen een betrokken en dynamisch team.
