Jouw impact op klanten, orders en samenwerking

Als Customer Service Officer ben jij het vaste aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten. Je zorgt ervoor dat orders correct, tijdig en efficiënt verwerkt worden en dat klanten kunnen rekenen op een vlotte, professionele opvolging.

Concreet betekent dit dat je:

  • Duurzame relaties opbouwt met jouw klanten en hen op een heldere, klantgerichte manier ondersteunt.
  • Orders correct ingeeft en opvolgt in Navision, met oog voor detail en efficiëntie.
  • De volledige flow bewaakt, van orderverwerking tot levering, zodat afspraken en deadlines correct nageleefd worden.
  • Proactief meedenkt wanneer er systeemtechnische of operationele vragen opduiken.
  • Nauw samenwerkt met sales, productie, logistiek, kwaliteit en administratie.
  • Mee zorgt voor een hoog serviceniveau door snel te schakelen, duidelijk te communiceren en oplossingen aan te reiken.
  • Periodieke salesrapporteringen voorbereidt en opvolgt, zodat collega’s over correcte informatie beschikken.
  • Meedenkt over hoe processen slimmer, duidelijker of efficiënter kunnen verlopen.

In deze functie maak je dagelijks het verschil door structuur, klantgerichtheid en overzicht te brengen in een internationale omgeving waar kwaliteit en snelheid belangrijk zijn.

Wie zich hierin herkent

Je voelt je goed in een functie waar klantencontact, administratie en interne samenwerking samenkomen. Je werkt graag nauwkeurig, maar je verliest de praktische realiteit niet uit het oog. Wanneer iets niet loopt zoals gepland, denk je mee in oplossingen en blijf je rustig schakelen.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt een bacheloropleiding, bij voorkeur in een administratieve, commerciële, logistieke of planningsgerichte richting, of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring in customer service, orderverwerking, planning of export is mooi meegenomen, maar jouw drive, leergierigheid en verantwoordelijkheidszin zijn minstens even belangrijk.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en nauwkeurig en houdt ervan wanneer dossiers correct opgevolgd zijn.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van Frans en Engels.
  • Je denkt proactief mee en ziet waar processen efficiënter kunnen.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar zoekt ook actief afstemming met collega’s.
  • Je bent analytisch, stressbestendig en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je haalt energie uit een no-nonsense omgeving waar vooruitgang, samenwerking en klantentevredenheid centraal staan.
