Customer service medewerker 24 - 40 uur per week Tussen €3.200 en €3.220 Per maand Beschrijving Wat ga je precies doen Als klantenservice medewerker bij ENGIE draag je bij aan een prettige klantervaring door klanten te ondersteunen met uiteenlopende vragen over energie. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waar technologieën zoals AI steeds meer een rol spelen. Dit betekent dat je niet alleen klantvragen beantwoordt, maar ook meedenkt over hoe processen en dienstverlening verbeterd kunnen worden. Met jouw communicatieve vaardigheden en oplossingsgerichte instelling maak je het verschil voor onze klanten. Wat je gaat doen: - beantwoorden: telefonisch en af en toe per e-mail beantwoorden van klantvragen, waarbij je streeft naar een oplossing in één keer; - adviseren: klanten informeren over de diensten, selfservice-opties, energiebesparende maatregelen en de ENGIE-app; - verwerken: klantgegevens en verzoeken nauwkeurig verwerken in de systemen of doorzetten naar de juiste afdeling; - samenwerken: schakelen met collega's en andere afdelingen om klanten zo goed mogelijk te helpen; - verbeteren: commerciële kansen signaleren en meedenken over verbeteringen in processen en dienstverlening.
