In deze veelzijdige functie ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorg je ervoor dat transportopdrachten van A tot Z soepel verlopen. Je begeleidt klanten tijdens het volledige transportproces, beantwoordt vragen, denkt mee over logistieke oplossingen en onderhoudt nauw contact met de operationele afdelingen. Dankzij jouw servicegerichte instelling en organisatorische vaardigheden zorg je voor tevreden klanten én een efficiënte afhandeling van transporten.
