Voor het Customer Service-team in Hoogeveen zoeken we een enthousiaste en gemotiveerde collega die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en denkt in oplossingen. In deze functie ben je de verbindende schakel tussen klanten, sales, marketing, productie en externe dienstverleners. Je bewaakt het volledige orderproces van begin tot eind en zorgt ervoor dat offertes, bestellingen en leveringen correct worden afgehandeld. Via e-mail, telefoon en verschillende ERP-systemen houd je klanten op de hoogte van de voortgang en zorg je ervoor dat vragen en eventuele klachten op een professionele manier worden opgepakt. Je komt te werken binnen een internationale organisatie die gespecialiseerd is in lakken en coatings. Samen met acht collega's verzorg je de dienstverlening aan klanten in de Benelux. Daarbij heb je regelmatig contact met internationale collega's en werk je in een omgeving waarin communicatie in het Engels een belangrijke rol speelt.Wat ga je doen? Als Customer Service Medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor een soepel verloop van het volledige orderproces. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: • Orderverwerking van A tot Z: Je verzorgt samen met je collega's de administratieve afhandeling van offertes, orders en leveringen. Je bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt voor een correcte verwerking. • Klantcontact en samenwerking: Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en vormt de schakel tussen verschillende interne afdelingen en externe dienstverleners. Je beantwoordt vragen, stemt verwachtingen af en zorgt voor passende oplossingen bij problemen of klachten. • Order- en databeheer: Je beheert klantgegevens en orderinformatie in verschillende systemen, waaronder Oracle. • Procesverbetering: Je onderst
