Het kantoor telt een mix van technische en administratieve profielen en werkt nauw samen met een grote groep techniekers verspreid over het hele land.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor klanten en registreert hun vragen of interventiemeldingen.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking en opvolging van dossiers.
  • Je ondersteunt de planning voor zowel dringende als minder urgente interventies.
  • Je communiceert dagelijks met techniekers en stemt af welke profielen het best ingezet worden afhankelijk van het type opdracht.
  • Je onderhoudt klantcontact bij het inplannen van werken en houdt rekening met urgenties.
  • Je ziet toe op een efficiënte serviceflow en anticipeert op onvoorziene situaties.
  • Je beheert bijkomende administratieve taken zoals bestellingen en verlofregistratie.
  • Je kan makkelijk schakelen tussen verschillende taken en houdt het hoofd koel in drukke momenten.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van Frans.
  • Je bent klantgericht, communicatief en werkt graag telefonisch.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig en administratief sterk.
  • Ervaring in planning, dispatching of een servicegerichte omgeving is een troef; gemotiveerde kandidaten zonder ervaring zijn even welkom.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een warme, collegiale cultuur en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen.
