Van particulieren en zelfstandige ondernemers tot grote internationale logistieke spelers. Met ongeveer 80 medewerkers kenmerkt de organisatie zich door een informele cultuur, korte communicatielijnen en een sterke focus op klanttevredenheid. Door de aanhoudende groei zijn zij op zoek naar versterking binnen het Customer Service team. Omschrijving Als Customer Service Medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor Nederlandse klanten nadat een bestelling is geplaatst. Je begeleidt hen gedurende het gehele orderproces en zorgt voor een optimale klantbeleving. Je schakelt dagelijks met klanten, leveranciers, transporteurs en interne afdelingen om vragen snel en adequaat op te lossen. Hierdoor is geen enkele werkdag hetzelfde.
