Als Medewerker Customer Service ben jij degene die het overneemt wanneer een situatie complexer wordt. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het herstellen van vertrouwen, het oplossen van klachten en het voorkomen dat dezelfde problemen opnieuw ontstaan. Je kijkt verder dan alleen de klacht: je analyseert wat er is gebeurd, begrijpt de impact voor de klant en vertaalt dit naar verbeteringen in onze dienstverlening. Samen met een dedicated Customer Service team zorg je dat dossiers goed worden opgepakt en afgerond. Je spart met collega's over lastige cases, geeft elkaar feedback en staat open om zelf ook beter te worden. Juist deze samenwerking zorgt ervoor dat we continu leren en als team sterker worden. Je hebt dagelijks te maken met verschillende belangen - die van de klant, het servicecenter en de organisatie - en weet hierin zorgvuldig en professioneel te balanceren.
