The posting

Voor een internationale onderneming binnen de automotive sector zijn we op zoek naar een Customer Service Medewerker. In deze functie ben je het belangrijkste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorg je ervoor dat hun vragen, bestellingen en leveringen correct en tijdig worden opgevolgd.

Je vormt de schakel tussen de klant en verschillende interne afdelingen zoals Sales, Productie, Planning, Quality en Finance. Je bewaakt de klanttevredenheid en zorgt ervoor dat eventuele problemen snel en professioneel worden opgelost.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke klantenrelaties;
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten bij vragen rond leveringen en bevoorrading;
  • Klanten proactief contacteren en hun noden en verwachtingen opvolgen;
  • Wijzigingen in de vraag van klanten opvolgen en intern communiceren;
  • Bestellingen, leveringen, retouren en eventuele klachten/disputen opvolgen;
  • Problemen rond leveringen en bevoorrading coördineren en mee zoeken naar oplossingen;
  • Ervoor zorgen dat klanten tijdig en correct geïnformeerd worden over de status van hun bestelling;
  • Klantspecifieke afspraken en vereisten intern opvolgen;
  • Werken met klantenportalen en elektronische communicatiekanalen;
  • Klantenvraag en -orders correct verwerken in het ERP-systeem;
  • Samenwerken met Sales, Demand Planning, Material Planning, Productie, Quality, Program Management en Finance;
  • Mee instaan voor een correcte opvolging van verpakkingen en retourverpakkingen;
  • Indien nodig klanten bezoeken om de samenwerking en service verder te optimaliseren.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor in Supply Chain Management, Bedrijfsmanagement of een gelijkaardige opleiding;
  • Je hebt 2 à 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen Customer Service, Supply Chain, Order Management of een gelijkaardige functie;
  • Ervaring binnen de automotive sector is een sterke troef;
  • Je bent zeer communicatief en voelt je comfortabel in contacten met klanten en interne afdelingen;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd;
  • Je bent sterk in het coördineren van verschillende partijen en weet klantbehoeften te vertalen naar de interne organisatie;
  • Je beschikt over goede onderhandelingsvaardigheden;
  • Je bent klantgericht en denkt in oplossingen;
  • Je kan goed prioriteiten stellen en blijft rustig wanneer er zich problemen of wijzigingen voordoen;
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office en ERP-systemen;
  • Je bent bereid om ongeveer 10% te reizen.
