Wat ga je doen?

Als Customer service Medewerker ben jij de spil tussen klant, sales en interne diensten. Je ondersteunt het volledige salesproces van A tot Z en zorgt ervoor dat alles administratief op wieltjes loopt.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten.
  • Je verwerkt bestellingen van input tot facturatie.
  • Je volgt leverdata en prijzen nauwgezet op.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling van dossiers.
  • Je beantwoordt klantenvragen via e-mail en telefoon, steeds professioneel en klantgericht.
  • Je ondersteunt het salesteam met rapporten en overzichten.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met logistiek, finance en andere interne afdelingen.
  • Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en proactiviteit loopt alles vlot en zijn klanten tevreden.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een medior profiel met een sterke administratieve achtergrond en een talenknobbel. Je houdt van structuur, klantcontact en schakelen tussen verschillende taken.

Jij hebt:

  • Ervaring in een ondersteunende commerciële of administratieve functie met klantcontact.
  • Kennis van het order-to-cash proces.
  • Een vlotte pen en mondelinge communicatie in het Nederlands, Duits en Engels.
  • Een nauwkeurige, oplossingsgerichte en stressbestendige aanpak.
  • Vlotte skills in Excel en je leert snel nieuwe systemen aan.
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit en je werkt graag in team.
