Voor onze klant, een internationale speler gespecialiseerd in supply chain-oplossingen voor toonaangevende fashion- en lifestylemerken, zijn we op zoek naar een Customer Service Medewerker. In deze veelzijdige functie werk je vanuit de vaste uitvalsbasis in Grobbendonk. In deze rol werk je op het kruispunt tussen klant, administratie en operations.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Fungeren als belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten en het vormen van de verbinding met operationele teams
  • Onderhouden van professioneel contact met klanten via e-mail en telefoon en het opvolgen van hun vragen en dossiers
  • Nauwgezet opvolgen van forecasts, volumes en verwachte goederenstromen en het tijdig signaleren van afwijkingen
  • Analyseren van operationele cijfers, opvolgen van KPI's en het ondersteunen van de operationele prestaties
  • Controleren van facturen, verwerken van administratieve gegevens en instaan voor correcte administratieve boekingen
  • Maken van rapporteringen en het inzetten van data om een helder beeld te krijgen van de operationele situatie
  • Nauw samenwerken met operations en interne afdelingen om klantvragen en uitdagingen efficiënt op te lossen
  • Proactief meedenken met klanten en het zoeken naar praktische oplossingen bij wijzigingen of problemen
  • Ondersteunen van commerciële en salesgerichte activiteiten om een uitstekende klantrelatie te onderhouden
  • Actief bijdragen aan het verbeteren en efficiënter maken van administratieve en operationele processen
  • Je hebt een eerste relevante ervaring opgedaan binnen customer service, administratie, logistiek of sales support
  • Je bent administratief en cijfermatig sterk, nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en analytisch ingesteld
  • Je beschikt over een zeer goede kennis van Excel en leert snel werken met verschillende systemen en software
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Je hebt een commerciële ingesteldheid, bent zeer klantgericht en proactief ingesteld
  • Je kan goed prioriteiten stellen in een dynamische omgeving en behoudt gemakkelijk het overzicht
  • Je bent beschikbaar om te werken in een vast dagrooster van 08:30 u tot 16:30 u
