Jouw uitdaging

Als Customer Service Medewerker Binnendienst ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor professionele klanten. Je verwerkt en volgt bestellingen, offertes en klantendossiers op en zorgt voor een uitstekende service. Je werkt nauw samen met sales, logistiek en planning.

Jouw taken

  • Verwerken en opvolgen van bestellingen en offertes.
  • Klanten adviseren en helpen via telefoon en e-mail.
  • Adviseren over bouwmaterialen, bij voorkeur houtproducten.
  • Opvolgen van leveringen en klantendossiers.
  • Ondersteunen van de buitendienst.
  • Beheren van klantgegevens in ERP- en CRM-systemen.
  • Uitvoeren van prijsaanpassingen en analyses in Excel.
  • Werken met draaitabellen en VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
  • Meedenken over proces- en serviceverbeteringen.

Wie zoeken wij?

Je bent iemand die niet opgeeft wanneer een probleem zich voordoet.

Je houdt van structuur, denkt vooruit en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer het druk is.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Ervaring binnen customer service, commerciële binnendienst of sales support.
  • Ervaring met bouwmaterialen is een absolute meerwaarde; kennis van houtmaterialen geniet de voorkeur.
  • Een goede mondelinge kennis van zowel Nederlands als Frans.
  • Ervaring met een ERP-systeem én een CRM-systeem.
  • Een zeer goede kennis van Microsoft Excel. Je werkt vlot met draaitabellen en LOOKUP-formules voor onder andere prijsbeheer en analyses.
  • Een klantgerichte, nauwkeurige en stressbestendige werkhouding.
  • Veerkracht en een positieve ingesteldheid.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een hands-on mentaliteit.
