Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, verwerkt orders, bewaakt de voortgang van zendingen en zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken partijen beschikken over de juiste informatie. Dankzij jouw servicegerichte instelling en organisatorische vaardigheden verlopen logistieke processen soepel en blijven klanten goed geïnformeerd. Wat ga je doen? Als Customer Service Medewerker Logistiek ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van logistieke processen en het onderhouden van klantcontact. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne afdelingen en externe partijen om ervoor te zorgen dat iedere zending volgens afspraak wordt uitgevoerd. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Verwerken en beheren van klantorders in het systeem. - Dagelijks contact onderhouden met nationale en internationale klanten. - Coördineren van transporten via vrachtwagen, trein, schip en binnenvaart. - Bewaken van planningen en klanten proactief informeren over de voortgang. - Signaleren van afwijkingen en samen met klanten en collega's passende oploss...
