Je verwerkt klantorders en transportdocumentatie, beantwoordt vragen over leveringen en goederenstromen, en schakelt met klanten, transporteurs en interne teams. Salaris €3.000-€4.000 bruto per maand, plus bonusregeling, 25 vakantiedagen, 8% vakantiegeld en uitzicht op vast contract. - Uitzendbasis, uitzicht op vaste dienst Net klaar met je MBO 4 opleiding richting logistiek, transport of commerciële dienstverlening? Of heb je al ervaring binnen customer service of logistiek en ben je toe aan een volgende stap? Als Customer Service Logistiek Medewerker in Breda leer je het volledige logistieke proces kennen: van klantorder tot transport en facturatie. Je werkt fulltime 40 uur per week en verdient tussen €3.000 en €4.000 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van je ervaring. Als Customer Service Medewerker Logistiek ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige orderproces, van de invoer tot de facturatie. Jij houdt het overzicht, beantwoordt klantvragen en zorgt dat alles soepel en foutloos verloopt. Je bent belangrijk in het contact met klanten, transporteurs en interne teams. Op een gemiddelde werkdag start je met het verwerken van binnengekomen orders en het aanmaken van transportdocumentatie. Je beantwoordt vragen van klanten over leveringen en magazijnactiviteiten. Tussendoor schakel je met transporteurs en collega's, en zorg je dat de administratieve afhandeling klopt. Ook signaleer je verbeterpunten en pak je klantvragen direct op.
