Jobomschrijving

  • Fungeren als eerste telefonische contactpersoon voor klanten.
  • Beantwoorden van vragen over aankopen, leveringen en bestellingen.
  • Inplannen en opvolgen van leveringen.
  • Verwerken van telefonische bestellingen en administratieve opvolging.
  • Correct doorverwijzen van klanten naar de juiste interne contactpersoon.
  • Behandelen van inkomende e-mails op een professionele en klantgerichte manier.
  • Uitvoeren van diverse administratieve taken ter ondersteuning van de klantendienst.
  • Deelnemen aan een beurtrol aan de kassa en omruilbalie.
  • Ondersteunen van het verkoopteam tijdens drukke periodes of piekmomenten.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte registratie en opvolging van klantgegevens.
  • Je beschikt minimaal over een diploma secundair onderwijs (A2), bij voorkeur in een administratieve of taalgerichte richting.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel in het Nederlands.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van het Frans en Engels.
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk, sociaal en geduldig.
  • Je hebt uitstekende verbale en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en behoudt het overzicht tijdens drukke momenten.
  • Je werkt met enthousiasme en een positieve ingesteldheid.
  • Je bent diplomatisch en denkt oplossingsgericht mee met de klant.
