Als customer service medewerker techniek ben jij de schakel tussen vraag en oplossing. Je maakt elke dag het verschil met snelle service en slimme antwoorden. Wat ga je doen? Als Customer service medewerker techniek ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten van onze opdrachtgever. Je helpt hen met vragen over producten, bestellingen en leveringen en zorgt voor een snelle en duidelijke oplossing. Je verwerkt orders in het systeem en houdt de status nauwlettend in de gaten. Daarbij geef je passend advies en denk je actief mee met de klant. Je schakelt snel en houdt altijd overzicht, ook als het druk is. Je hebt veel contact met verschillende afdelingen om alles soepel te laten verlopen. Hierdoor zorg je dat klanten precies krijgen wat ze nodig hebben. Je signaleert knelpunten in het proces en komt met verbeteringen. Met jouw servicegerichte aanpak en oog voor detail zorg je voor tevreden klanten én een efficiënte werkwijze.
