The posting

Jij zorgt ervoor dat goederen goed worden verwerkt, chauffeurs snel verder kunnen en klanten weten waar ze aan toe zijn.

In deze functie combineer je klantcontact met logistieke administratie en werkzaamheden op de werkvloer.

Je werkt bij een internationale logistieke dienstverlener waar dagelijks goederen binnenkomen en worden verzonden. Als Customer Service Medewerker Warehousing ben je de schakel tussen klanten, chauffeurs, magazijnmedewerkers en andere afdelingen. Je verwerkt gegevens in de warehousesystemen, houdt de administratie op orde en zorgt dat de juiste informatie beschikbaar is voor iedereen die bij het logistieke proces betrokken is.

Daarnaast ondersteun je collega's op de werkvloer bij vragen over goederen en orders. Je ontvangt chauffeurs aan de chauffeursbalie, controleert vrachtdocumenten en zorgt dat de benodigde papieren en gegevens in orde zijn. Loopt iets anders dan gepland? Dan zoek je uit wat er aan de hand is en stem je af met de juiste collega's om het op te lossen.

Je werkzaamheden zijn onder andere:

- Verwerken en inboeken van binnenkomende goederen in het warehousesysteem; - Controleren en verwerken van vrachtdocumenten en andere logistieke administratie; - Ontvangen en te woord staan van chauffeurs aan de chauffeursbalie en hen voorzien van de juiste informatie; - Ondersteunen van magazijnmedewerkers bij vragen over goederen, orders en registraties; - Beantwoorden van vragen van klanten en collega's en oplossen van afwijkingen in het logistieke proces; - Bewaken van de voortgang van goederenstromen en zorgen voor een correcte verwerking van gegevens.

Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag in dagdienst van 08:30 tot 17:00 uur.

- Je hebt al wat aantoonbare ervaring in een soortgelijke rol binnen de logistiek; - Je bent communicatief sterk en vindt het leuk om met klanten te praten en hen te helpen; - Je beheerst de Nederlandse e/of Engelse taal zowel mondeling als schriftelijk; - Je bent flexibel, bestand tegen hectiek en ben
