Je verwerkt orders en offertes, bewaakt levertijden en orderstatus, communiceert dagelijks in het Engels en werkt met ERP-systemen; salaris tot €3800 bruto per maand. Je start tijdelijk met 3 dagen op kantoor en 2 dagen thuis, met serieuze mogelijkheden op vast. - Breda - 36 tot 40 uren per week - MBO/HBO - tussen €2800 en €3800 per maand - Uitzendbasis, uitzicht op vaste dienst Wil jij verantwoordelijk zijn voor het volledige orderproces binnen een internationale organisatie? In deze rol werk je van order tot betaling en schakel je dagelijks met klanten én interne afdelingen zoals Sales, Finance, Warehouse en Productie. Je start in eerste instantie ter vervanging van een collega die met verlof is. Tegelijkertijd kijkt de organisatie nadrukkelijk naar de langere termijn. Bij een goede wederzijdse klik zijn er dan ook mogelijkheden om uiteindelijk vast onderdeel van het team te worden. 1 Dit ga je doen Als Order Management Specialist ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het volledige Order-to-Cash proces voor internationale klanten binnen Europa, het Midden-Oosten en Afrika. Vanaf het moment dat een order binnenkomt tot en met de correcte verwerking richting levering en facturatie houd jij het overzicht. Je zorgt ervoor dat afspraken worden nagekomen, bewaakt openstaande acties en houdt klanten proactief op de hoogte. Je hebt veel contact met internationale klanten. Een uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse taal is daarom belangrijk. Je communiceert dagelijks telefonisch en per e-mail in het Engels en schakelt daarnaast veel met collega's uit verschillende afdelingen.
