Voor een internationale en innovatieve organisatie zijn wij op zoek naar een Customer Service Representative die ervoor zorgt dat elke order van begin tot eind vlekkeloos verloopt. Wat ga je doen ?

- Het verwerken en opvolgen van orders in het ERP-Systeem;

- Intensief contact met klanten, leveranciers en collega's van verschillende afdelingen;

- Het regelen van documentatie zoals orderbevestigingen, vergunningen en contracten;

- Het organiseren van transport en het afhandelen van douaneformaliteiten.

In deze functie als Customer Service Representative is het belangrijk dat je een echte aanpakker bent die makkelijk schakelt en overzicht houdt, ook in een dynamische werkomgeving. Daarnaast beschik jij over;

- Een afgeronde MBO 4 of HBO opleiding richting Administratie, Logistiek of Commercie;

- Ervaring in een soortgelijke functie is een grote pré;

- Goede beheersing van Nederlands én Engels;

- Kennis van ERP- systemen en affiniteit met Internationale handel, transport en documentatie.
