JOUW ROL Voor onze fashion klant in Oud-Gastel zijn wij op zoek naar een Customer Service Employee. In deze functie ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klant en zorg je voor een correcte en tijdige opvolging van uiteenlopende vragen en problemen binnen het logistieke proces. Jij krijgt energie van het vinden van oplossingen en pakt situaties zelfstandig en proactief aan. Je stemt continu af met je eigen afdeling, het magazijn, interne teams zoals Douane, transporteurs én natuurlijk de klant. In deze functie bestaat je werk voor ongeveer 80% uit Customer Service-taken en voor 20% uit transportgerelateerde werkzaamheden. WAT GA JE DOEN? Bij CEVA Logistics in Roosendaal beheren we meerdere warehouses voor verschillende klanten. Voor een fashion e-commerce klant breiden we onze werkzaamheden uit op B2B vlak vanuit een bestaande samenwerking. Hiervoor zoeken we een dedicated Customer Service Employee als vast aanspreekpunt voor deze klant. Je werkt in deze functie samen met 1 andere Customer Service medewerker en draagt samen de volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor levering aan de klant. Je schakelt dagelijks met het warehouse, interne afdelingen zoals Douane, transporteurs en uiteraard de klant. Op de locatie werk je zijdelings samen met 5 Customer Service collega's, een Transportplanner en twee voorraadbeheerspecialisten, en je rapporteert aan de Operations Support Manager. Jouw taken als Customer Service Employee bestaan onder andere uit: - Intensief contact onderhouden met de klant, zowel telefonisch, per e-mail als in meetings, gericht op het onderhouden van een goede klantrelatie; - Problemen, vragen en/of escalaties oplossen in overl...
