Aufgaben

In deinem Job als Mitarbeiter:in im A1 Technical Service bist du die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kund:innen:innen im Business Segment.

* Du berätst Kund:innen zu Mobilfunk, Internet, TV und digitalen Lösungen.

* Du findest die beste Lösung bei technischen Anfragen und Störungen für unsere Kund:innen - am Telefon, via Chat und per E-Mail.

* Du unterstützt bei Vertragsverlängerungen, Tarifwechseln, Neuverträgen und Zubehörverkauf.

* Du erklärst verständlich unsere digitalen Produkte, Apps und Services.

* Du sorgst mit deinem Lächeln für ein Top-Kundenerlebnis und trägst zum Erfolg des A1 Technical Service bei.

Anforderungen

Du passt gut zu uns als Mitarbeiter:in, wenn du:

* Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen hast, gerne lächelst und hilfsbereit bist.

* digital lebst und dieses Mindset an unsere Kund:innen weitergeben kannst.

* Deutsch auf Muttersprachenniveau beherrschst und mindestens einen Pflichtschulabschluss hast.

* Lust hast, immer dazuzulernen und neue Verkaufstechniken auszuprobieren.

* zeitlich flexibel bist und gerne zu den Öffnungszeiten Mo - So inkl. Feiertag von 07:00h - 23:00h arbeitest.

* gerne mit einem bunten, vielfältigen Team zusammenarbeitest.
