Als Customer Service Specialist ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten via telefoon, e-mail, webformulieren én social media. Je zorgt voor een positieve, vlotte klantervaring en bouwt actief mee aan sterke klantrelaties. Je kijkt niet alleen naar oplossingen, maar ook naar kansen: je adviseert klanten over producten, helpt bij het behouden of terugwinnen van abonnees, verkoopt producten die aansluiten bij de klantbehoefte en zet nieuwe producten slim in de spotlight. Wij werken met een betrokken (puzzel)doelgroep, geven je veel zelfstandigheid en bieden een afwisselende functie waarin service en commercie perfect samenkomen. Je werkdag is lekker afwisselend: van klantcontact en commerciële acties tot administratie en het reageren op reviews. Dit is een parttime functie voor 24 à 32 uur per week. Na je inwerkperiode is deels thuiswerken mogelijk. Jouw rol als Customer Service Specialist Samen met je collega's sta je in contact met klanten via verschillende kanalen. Je houdt je bezig met: Klantcontact - Beantwoorden van vragen via telefoon, e-mail, webformulieren én social media; - Klanten helpen bij het aanvragen, wijzigen of stopzetten van abonnementen; - Statusupdates geven over weborders of abonnementen; - Financiële vragen oplossen, zoals betalingen, facturen, herinneringen en terugbetalingen; - Puzzelvragen, klachten en sponsoraanvragen behandelen; - Ondersteunen bij vragen over digitale producten; - Reageren op Trustpilot-reviews en bijdragen aan onze online reputatie. Commerciële werkzaamheden - Adviseren van klanten op basis van hun wensen en behoeften; - Verkoop van producten die aansluiten bij de klantbehoefte; - Klantbehoud en het terugwinnen van voormalige klanten; - Actief promoten van nieuwe producten; - Ondersteunen in marketingcampagnes, zoals het verwer...
