Iemand die bestaande relaties beheert, nieuwe kansen ziet en het leuk vindt om breder betrokken te zijn bij zowel sales als het product. Over VeviGo en SOSVolaris VeviGo is een innovatieve speler op de personal safety markt dat sinds 2016 een verschil maakt door hardware en software slim samen te laten werken. Wij zijn gespecialiseerd in tracking-, alarmerings-en veiligheidsoplossingen die bijdragen aan een veilige werkomgeving. Onze slimme alarmering van SOSvolaris en toegankelijke producten van Mobielenoodknop.nl worden gebruikt door toonaangevende organisaties, zoals PicNic, GGD, en TÜV. Wat je gaat doen Als Customer Success Manager beheer je onze bestaande relaties en breid je daarnaast onze klantenkring uit. Je adviseert over maatwerkoplossingen en zorgt ervoor dat veiligheid een prioriteit wordt bij onze klanten en prospects. De nadruk ligt op het begeleiden van leads die via onze website binnenkomen, maar je neemt zelf ook het initiatief om business binnen te halen. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met onze marketingafdeling om doeltreffende campagnes te lanceren. De salestrajecten zijn uitdagend en variëren van enkele maanden tot een jaar, waarbij je te maken hebt met verschillende stakeholders. We zijn actief in diverse sectoren, zoals logistiek, industrie, overheid, retail en zorg. Iedere sector heeft andere risico's, waardoor je over uiteenlopende vraagstukken advies geeft. Concreet houd je je bezig met het oppakken van aanvragen via onze website en het proactief benaderen van de markt. Je voert adviesgesprekken over maatwerkoplossingen, stelt offertes op en begeleidt salestrajecten van A tot Z.
