Essense is op zoek naar een gedreven Journey Management Consultant (medior/senior niveau) die bedrijven begeleidt bij het effectief verbeteren van hun dienstverlening vanuit verschillende klantreizen. Je adviseert klanten over het strategisch managen van klantreizen en begeleidt klantreisprojecten van inzicht naar praktische verbeteringen. Met onder andere behoefte aan journey management consultants. Wat ga je doen? Als Journey Management Consultant help je klanten verder dan alleen het visualiseren van klantreizen. Je begeleidt organisaties om klantreizen data‑gedreven te monitoren, verbeteren en te verankeren in teams en governance. Je: - adviseert proactief over de juiste aanpak om klantgerichte doelen te bereiken - ontwikkelt en implementeert een journey framework (prioritaire journeys & clusters) als gedeeld referentiekader - ontwerpt governance, eigenaarschap en besluitvo...
