Ben jij een ervaren Cybersecurity Engineer die verder wil gaan dan het opvolgen van security-incidenten? Wil je mee de securitystrategie bepalen en echt ownership nemen over de cybersecurity binnen een internationale productieomgeving? In deze rol krijg je de kans om een moderne IT- én OT-omgeving te beveiligen en verder uit te bouwen. Je werkt nauw samen met IT, externe securitypartners en de business en krijgt veel ruimte om zelf initiatief te nemen. Jouw expertise heeft hier rechtstreeks impact op de veiligheid en continuïteit van de organisatie.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Meebouwen aan de cybersecuritystrategie en deze vertalen naar concrete acties.
  • Optreden als aanspreekpunt voor het externe Security Operations Center (SOC) en securitymeldingen en incidenten opvolgen.
  • Analyseren en coördineren van security-incidenten samen met interne IT-teams.
  • Optimaliseren van securityregels en detectiemechanismen om cyberdreigingen sneller te identificeren.
  • Beheren en optimaliseren van SIEM-, EDR/XDR- en vulnerability management-oplossingen.
  • Een actieve rol opnemen in OT-security en de beveiliging van industriële omgevingen.
  • Securityprocessen verder automatiseren en rapporteringen en dashboards uitbouwen.
  • Meewerken aan risicoanalyses, audits en compliance, waaronder het traject richting ISO 27001.
  • Opstellen en onderhouden van securityprocedures en documentatie.
  • Organiseren van incident response-oefeningen en bijdragen aan security awareness.
  • Nieuwe cybersecuritytechnologieën en evoluties opvolgen en vertalen naar concrete verbeteringen.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een internationale productieomgeving met verschillende vestigingen in Europa. Innovatie, digitalisering en continue verbetering staan centraal en cybersecurity wordt steeds belangrijker binnen de verdere groei van de organisatie.

  • Je hebt minstens 4 jaar ervaring binnen cybersecurity of IT-security.
  • Je beschikt over een sterke basis in IT-infrastructuur, waaronder netwerken, servers, virtualisatie en cloud.
  • Je hebt ervaring met SIEM, EDR of XDR.
  • Je hebt kennis van incident response, security monitoring en vulnerability management.
  • Ervaring met OT-security of industriële omgevingen is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent analytisch, gestructureerd en denkt in oplossingen.
  • Je neemt initiatief en voelt je comfortabel met autonomie en verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je communiceert vlot met zowel technische als niet-technische stakeholders.
  • Je hebt kennis van ITIL.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je bent bereid om sporadisch naar andere vestigingen te gaan.
